Is a 'customer design experience' for you?

We talked to many people this past weekend at the ISS Show in Long Beach. The concept of a designer for apparel is not a new thing. What is a 'customer-design experience'? It is a interactive design area that web site visitor is the t-shirt designer. They design their own t-shirt & pay for it all in one experience. How hasn't ordered business cards from Vista Print? It is exactly the same but for garments & ad specialty items. In fact, many show visitors said they were seeing screen-captures from web sites that offer customer design services, for their customers. Their customers were now designing shirts on other companies sites and coming back to them wanting them to do the decoration work. This is a curse and a blessing. Their customers had gone somewhere else to enjoy a 'customer design experience' (the curse of them trying another company) but had come back them for them to do the work (the blessing that they were kind enough to come to them). Wouldn't be easier to offer a design area on your
